Curtis C. Lancaster is a mission-driven executive, decorated military veteran, and dynamic business leader with over two decades of proven experience leading high-stakes operations across the U.S. Department of Defense, commercial consulting, real estate, and federal contracting sectors.
As CEO of Lancaster Consulting Group, Curtis leads with vision, integrity, and a results-oriented mindset—specializing in helping companies navigate the complex world of government procurement, SBA certifications, subcontracting strategy, and federal contract execution. His firm is known for delivering mission-critical solutions that bridge the gap between government requirements and private-sector capability with precision and professionalism.
Curtis served 20 years in the United States Air Force, where he rose through the ranks to become a trusted Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (SNCO). His career spanned multiple functional areas, including supply chain logistics, education and training, financial management, and recruiting. While serving in the military he led logistics and procurement operations that supported global mission readiness—an experience that directly informs his approach to delivering scalable, efficient, and accountable solutions in government contracting today.
After retiring from the military, Curtis seamlessly transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding several ventures including a successful real estate brokerage, an investment firm, and now a federal consulting powerhouse. His unique blend of operational discipline, business acumen, and leadership development has allowed him to help government agencies and private companies alike achieve greater efficiency, compliance, and growth.
Curtis is a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) owner and an emerging authority in federal small business certifications, capture management, and teaming strategies. Through Lancaster Consulting Group, he has advised clients on how to identify opportunities, prepare compliant proposals, build profitable partnerships, and scale with confidence in highly regulated markets.

As Chief Operating Officer of Lancaster Consulting Group, she is the driving force behind the firm’s operational excellence, client delivery, and strategic growth initiatives.
LaThanya’s career began in healthcare, where she mastered the art of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex regulatory programs. From there, she expanded into sales and business development, consistently delivering multimillion-dollar results and rising into leadership roles where she built, trained, and led high-performing sales teams. Her ability to align business development with operational strategy has made her a sought-after expert for organizations looking to scale with confidence and precision.
Her background includes extensive experience in federal and state contracting, where she has advised companies on how to position themselves for success in highly competitive environments. She brings deep knowledge of procurement strategy, SBA certifications (SDVOSB, VOSB), and end-to-end capture and proposal management. Her leadership has helped clients transition from subcontractors to prime contractors and expand their presence across defense, healthcare, infrastructure, and public service sectors.
In addition to her consulting and contracting expertise, LaThanya is also a licensed real estate professional with experience in both residential and commercial transactions. Her real estate acumen further amplifies Lancaster Consulting Group’s ability to support clients involved in federal construction, property development, and asset acquisition projects.
As COO, LaThanya brings a unique blend of strategic vision, operational discipline, and entrepreneurial agility.
